  Ready-to-ship items are processed within 2–3 business days, with an additional 5 business days for delivery to your address.

• Made-to-Order Items:
  Items crafted upon order undergo a careful process that includes shaping and refining each ceramic sink with attention to detail. This dedication to quality craftsmanship means a processing time of 1–3 weeks before shipping.

Customs and Fees

• For US Clients:
  FezBasin covers all customs fees and taxes for US orders, so there are no additional charges.

• For Clients Outside the US:
