Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. If you need to cancel, just reach out to us as soon as possible.
Returns (For Any Reason)
How do I return an item?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your items within 38 days from the date you received them. Please make sure the items are unused and in their original packaging.
Do I need a receipt?
Yes, a receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. This helps us process your return smoothly.
How will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund and apply it to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to show up in your account.
What if I haven’t received my refund?

Exclusions
What items aren’t eligible for return?
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance cannot be returned or refunded.
- Products that have been altered or modified without our authorization are also ineligible for return.
